As you would expect, I'm professionally qualified as a fitness and aerobics instructor, a Premier Trainer and a REPS3 trained sports/deep tissue masseur. My customers benefit from both my qualifications and my experience but the thing they benefit most from is my passion to get the best out of them - I take it personally!

My approach to personal training is a methodical, focused approach based on measuring your progress. An example of this is that, every now and then, we'll tackle something like "Hell Hill" - that hill you could hardly walk up when we met...each month you'll get an indication of your progress as you start to not just walk it but run up it, at a pace! We will focus not on your weight but on your vital measurements, we will improve your body shape and improve your fitness levels. When we're working on toning your body and building some muscle, I won't focus on "pumping iron", I will help you gain definition in your body by using your own body weight and weights such as "kettle bells" as resistance on indoor and outdoor exercises.
